There is nothing more exciting and refreshing than having a Bandhavgarh tiger safari. The wilderness of Bandhavgarh is truly engulfed in the thickets of Sal and Bamboo, with a rich history of the tiger reserve. Kanha National Park is one of the largest national parks in India as it is stretched over 940 sq. km where you can spot the majestic Bengal tigers in a huge density. The award-winning biography by National Geographic, “Land of the Tigers” was also shot in Kanha. The national park houses wild dogs, leopards, and Barasingha. At Kanha National Park, you can have a great safari experience to get you enthralled.
Day 1 – Arrival in Jabalpur
On your arrival in Jabalpur railway station or airport, we will drive to Bandhavgarh, which is around 160 km away. After 3-4 hours’ drive, check-in to your pre-booked resort and spend your day at leisure. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 2 – Bandhavgarh jungle safari
Wake up early to enjoy Bandhavgarh morning safari and claim your safari jeep early. Enjoy the safari and have breakfast packed by the resort. After enjoying safari, get back to the resort, freshen up, have lunch, and relax. You can also go for Bandhavgarh evening safari to explore more zones. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 3 – Bandhavgarh to Kanha
Have breakfast, check-out from the resort and drive to Kanha National Park (210 km). We will reach your destination within 3-4 hours. Check-in to your resort, freshen up, and spend your day at leisure. Overnight stay at Kanha resort.
Day 4 – Kanha jungle safari
Wake up for early morning safari in Kanha. Explore the beauty of the jungles with mesmerizing sunrise. Capture the glimpses of Barasingha, Bison, Tigers, Leopards, and other animals in their own habitat. Have lunch at the resort and enjoy overnight stay.
Day 5 – Kanha to Jabalpur (130 km)
Have breakfast, check-out from the resort, and have a long drive to Jabalpur for 3 to 4 hours. Upon reaching Jabalpur, check-in to your pre booked hotel, freshen up and relax. We can go for evening Narmada Aarti in Gwarighat. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 – Sightseeing and Departure
Have breakfast, check-out from the hotel, and we will go for local sightseeing in Jabalpur, such as Bhedaghat, Dhuadhar, Chausath Yogini temple, Pisanhari ki Madiya (ancient Jain temple), Balancing Rock, Madan Mahal Fort, and other attractions. We will drop you to Jabalpur railway station or airport as per your scheduled journey.
