Welcome to the land of mythology and royalty! Ruled by the Maharaja of Rewa in the ancient period, Bandhavgarh National Park is now the land of Royal Bengal Tigers, the mighty kings of the jungles. Dates back to around 2000 years ago, Bandhavgarh National Park has many ancient manmade caves with rock paintings and inscriptions. Along with Bengal Tigers, you can also get up close and personal with various wildlife species and capture them on your camera.

Over 250 species of birds and 22 species of mammals call the jungles of Bandhavgarh their home. You can witness scarce animals like sloth bears and leopards that are hardly found anywhere else. You may come across other fauna species like striped hyenas, sambar, spotted deer, Bengal Fox, wild cats, mongoose, bandicoot rat, wild boars, Asiatic jackals Nilgai, Chinkara, Chausingha, and Indian bison. To increase your chances of tiger spotting, book a Bandhavgarh morning safari with us.

Getting There

Reaching Bandhavgarh National Park is not so difficult. Umaria (~27 km) is the closest railway station, which is well connected to Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, and other cities. Trains from several major cities like Howrah and Delhi halt here.
