Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. About This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tour packages booked with Banjari MP Tours Private Limited ("Banjari MP Tours", "we", "us"), a travel and tour operator based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions. By paying an advance or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

A booking is confirmed only once the applicable advance amount is received and acknowledged by us in writing (over WhatsApp or email). The advance amount depends on the package, season and group size, and is communicated to you before payment.

3. Cancellation by You (the Traveller)

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance you inform us before the trip start date:

30 days or more before travel	Full refund minus advance/booking amount
15 to 29 days before travel	50% of amount paid
7 to 14 days before travel	25% of amount paid
Less than 7 days / no-show	No refund

Cancellation requests are effective only from the date we receive them in writing (see Section 9).

4. Non-Refundable Items

Regardless of the notice period, the following are never refundable once paid or booked on your behalf:

• The initial advance/booking amount
• Monument entry fees, safari permits or reserve passes already purchased in your name
• Any hotel nights or vehicles already confirmed as non-cancellable by the vendor (we will inform you if a specific package includes such a component)

5. Rescheduling Your Trip

If you'd prefer to move your travel dates instead of cancelling, we allow one free reschedule per booking if requested at least 7 days before the original travel date, subject to hotel and vehicle availability on the new dates. Any fare difference for the new dates (season, hotel category) will apply. Rescheduling requested within 7 days of travel is treated as a cancellation under Section 3.

6. If We Cancel or Change Your Trip

On the rare occasion that we are unable to operate your trip as booked (for example, a change at the hotel or vendor end), we will offer you a choice of:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or
• An alternative package/date of equal value, or
• A credit note valid for 12 months toward a future booking

7. Force Majeure

If your trip is disrupted or cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, extreme weather, government or forest-department restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or safety closures, we will help you rebook for a later date wherever possible. Refunds in such cases depend on what our hotel and transport vendors are able to refund back to us; any non-recoverable vendor costs cannot be refunded, but we will always share full transparency on what was recovered.

8. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (bank transfer/UPI/card, as applicable) within 7 to 10 business days of the refund being approved. Bank processing times beyond our control may add a few extra days.

9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund, please write to us at inquiry@banjarimptours.com or message us on WhatsApp, including:

• Your booking reference / registered phone number
• Traveller name(s)
• Original travel dates
• Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm the applicable refund amount as per this policy.
